A Bit About Me ..

Meaningful Change is Possible

My approach is compassionate and evidence-based, supporting individuals, couples and families, including those navigating diverse gender, sexual and relationship identities (GSRD). I work with families to navigate relational difficulties, improve communication and develop healthier ways of engaging with one another.

I integrate EMDR to help process distressing memories, Polyvagal-Informed therapy to explore how the nervous system influences our experiences and Narrative therapy to help reshape the stories we tell about ourselves. By understanding the impact of relationships, past experiences and personal narratives, we can work together towards meaningful change. 

I believe that nothing that has happened in our life prevents us from connecting with others, from thriving or from being happy.
